Maximum Capacity -  125 persons  

Ceremonies accommodate up to 125 comfortably...(seating 95 in pews, up to 30 in chairs)

Ceremonies w/receptions are more suitable for 100 or less people.

DISCOUNT:  20% discount for less than 50 in party or 

                   20% discount for booking out 2 months or less

                           (only 1 discount per event)

*  3 hour rental is for ceremonies only...no food allowed. 

     (Sat. or Sun.  3-hr. events must end by 2pm.  An evening ceremony is charged at 6 hr. rate)

~  Rehearsals:   1 Hour Rehearsal  (Mon. - Thur. only) -  $85

~  Private Planning:  Includes one private planning hour, on-site, on any Mon.-Wed. prior to event. 

~  Additional Event Hours:  Must be scheduled ahead -   $150/hr.

~  Refundable Security Deposit:   $250  (covers damages, missing items, overage time, extra cleaning) 

~  Cleaning:   Rental Includes normal cleaning.  Excessive cleaning charged at $25/hr.

~  Insurance:   Server/provider is to obtain liability Insurance.

~  Rental time:  Includes all set-up, photo, event time, & cleanout...please reserve ample time.  Cleaning crew will arrive immediately after event.

CANCELATIONS:  Within 10 days of booking are refundable, less $100 booking fee. After 10 days, deposit is forfeited. Cancelations less than 30 days prior to rental date, no refund and you will owe complete rental amount. 
DATE CHANGE:  A one-time date change is allowed 120 days or more prior to rental date. Deposit is applied, and a 20% rebooking fee is required to rebook new date.

HOUR CHANGE:  No charge to add hours. Changes of hours must be made 120 days or more prior to rental date.  No credit for shortening hours 120 days or less prior to rental date. 

RULES:

* Alcohol is Permitted - server/provider is responsible for liability insurance.

* Smoking Allowed Outdoors Only.

* No Birdseed, Rice, Confetti or Real Flower Petals Allowed.

* No nails, tape or tacks allowed.

* Bubbles Allowed Outdoors Only.

* Chairs may be taken outdoors, but need to be returned to building clean.

* Pulpit to stay on altar...may be moved to side of altar only.

* Bell Tower Chapel is not responsible for accidents/injuries from horseplay or those

  not directly caused by chapel, staff, or it's owners.   

* Items taken from premises will be charged if not returned within 3 days of rental date.
