3 Hour Rentals: Ceremonies only...no food/drinks allowed. Sat. & Sun. must end by 1pm... 6hr. rate if after 1pm.
6 Hour Rentals: Monday-Friday anytime. Saturday/Sunday anytime from 2pm - 12pm.
10 Hour Rentals: You may choose when you want your time to start and end.
July & August Saturdays: 10 hr. minimum rental. (3 hr. ceremony only in am may be available...inquire).
Rental Includes:
~ One private planning hour, on-site, on any Mon.-Wed. by 5pm prior to week of event.
~ Tables, chairs, candleabra's, electric organ, sound system, all furniture and decor in chapel, and use of all grounds.
~ Normal cleaning included in pricing. Special set-up and replacement available...inquire for rate.
~ Rehearsals: 1 Hour Rehearsal (Mon. - Thur.) - $85
~ Extra Event Hours: Must be scheduled ahead. Overage charge on event date is double rental rate.
~ Refundable Security Deposit: Ceremony only $150; Ceremony & Reception $250.
(damages, missing items, overage time, over capacity, and extra cleaning/garbage). ~ Rental time: Includes all set-up, photo, event time & cleanout...please reserve ample time!
~ Items taken from premises will be charged if not returned within 3 days of rental date.
~ Event Insurance: We suggest that rental party or server/provider obtain liability Insurance. A "Certificate of Liability" naming you, caterer, and Bell Tower Chapel as insureds can be obtained either by the rental party or by the caterer of the event. Your homeowner's insurance policy can issue a one day rider for bodily injury and property damage in the amount of $500,000. Caterer or bartender should have liquor liability insurance. Private servers may obtain 1-day liquor license.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS: 50% of rental price is required to secure date. Remaining 50%, plus security deposit and add-ons due 30 days prior to event date. $25/week late fee on balances due. $25 charge for NSF, returned checks.
CANCELATIONS: Within 10 days of booking are refundable, less $100 booking fee. After 10 days, deposit is forfeited. Cancelations less than 30 days prior to rental date, no refund and you will owe complete rental amount.
DATE CHANGE: A one-time date change is allowed 120 days or more prior to rental date.
There is a 30% rebooking fee and your original deposit is applied to new date. HOUR CHANGE: May add hours anytime if available. No credit for cutting hours 10 days after booking.
RULES: * Alcohol is Allowed. Server/bartender should be licensed. Private server may obtain 1-day liquor license.
* Smoking Allowed Outdoors Only.
* No Birdseed, Rice, Confetti, Real Flower Pedals on Floors, Nails, Tape/Tacks. No flower pedals outdoors.
Bubbles are allowed outdoors only.
* Chairs may be taken outdoors, but need to be returned to building clean after event.
* Rental party must obey city noise ordinances after 10pm.
* Bell Tower Chapel is not responsible for accidents/injuries from alcohol use, horseplay, or those not caused by
chapel, staff, or it's owners.
